Every mug is illustrated and printed one at a time, so the price is per person. The caricature design is included.

Caricature mug FAQs
How do the caricature mugs work?
Send a photo of each person, plus your logo if you want it on the back. We create a caricature of each team member using AI-assisted illustration, check every one ourselves, and send you proofs to approve before anything is printed.
What photos do you need?
A clear, well-lit photo of each person facing the camera, one person per photo. Staff headshots or a decent phone photo both work.
Can the mugs have our company logo too?
Yes. Your logo is printed on the other side of the mug for $1.50 per mug, so the caricature has the front to itself. You can also leave it off.
What happens to our staff photos?
They are only used to create your mugs, and we delete them 2 weeks after your order ships. Handing the mugs out later? Ask and we will keep them until everyone has theirs, in case one breaks and needs a reprint. Please check each person is happy to be included before you send their photo.
How much do caricature mugs cost?
$39 each for 1 to 24 mugs, $35 each for 25 to 49 and $30 each for 50 or more. The caricature design is included. Adding your logo to the back is $1.50 per mug, and delivery is quoted with your order.
Is there a minimum order for caricature mugs?
No. We are happy to make just one.
How long do caricature mugs take?
5 business days from proof approval, plus delivery. Need them sooner? Ask about a rush order, which costs extra. Ordering Christmas gifts for staff? Put the date in your enquiry.
Do they come gift boxed?
Yes. Every mug comes in its own white gift box.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, and microwave safe.
Can you do one design for everyone instead?
Yes. If you would rather have one logo or design across every mug, mention it in your enquiry and we will quote it.
Where do you deliver?
Every Australian state and territory, metro and regional. We do not ship overseas.
